DESCRIPTION:Ari Krasner participated in the ‘Wallmountables Show’ at the DC Arts Center.\nHer display took up a total of nine 2′ x 2′ square wall spaces. \nSince 1989\, 1460 Wallmountables has offered the opportunity for artists of all disciplines and abilities to show in this open hanging. They divide the wall space into 2′ x 2′ squares with strings\, which creates a floor to ceiling grid on which artists hang their work.

DESCRIPTION:Spray paint became the primary medium of the graffiti artist in the 1960’s and has been the primary tool of graffiti since. This group exhibition features three artists exploring themes in contemporary graffiti\, mastering the use of spray paint\, and using contemporary graffiti techniques to express Jewish ideas and texts. \nThe JCCNV Fine Arts Program supports and encourages the development of Jewish artists and/or Jewish arts. Indie musicians and DJs break sound waves off the canvas-lined\, graffiti-strewn walls\, while revelers stuff their faces with endless amounts of free pancakes. The Pancakes & Booze Art Show is an LA based artist movement that started in 2009 and has quickly spread to over 20+ cities throughout North America.
